Job summary

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed in Winchester, NH for in-home and outpatient rehabilitation serving older adults. The role focuses on evaluating and treating in the most functional environments, coordinating with the rehab team, and delivering evidence-based speech, language and swallowing therapy.

Shift 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 17-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. Onsite position with guaranteed 40 hours weekly and a competitive hourly rate of $62.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must possess or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ASHA Clinical Fellow eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel as required by licensure and standards.
• Maintain adherence to department and treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy regimen.
• Develop and adjust plans of care based on patient needs and progress.
• Coordinate care in home and community settings with interdisciplinary team.
