Qualifications
- Active SLP license in the state of assignment.
- Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- BLS certification if required.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care.
- Document clinical findings and progress according to facility policy.
