Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults, with an onsite assignment in Franklin, NH. The role is 8 hours daily, 5 days a week, for 14 weeks, starting 9/28/2026.

compensation includes $61.50 per hour and a guaranteed 40-hour minimum, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and supporting patient independence within the home and community context.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adhere to treatment schedules, documentation, and meetings.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate regimens.
• Develop and adjust plans of care; ensure safe home environments and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate care in home and community with interdisciplinary team.
