Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, licensees, students and support staff as applicable.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Coordinate referrals to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy.
• Adapt plan of care based on patient needs.
• Maintain safe environment and proper equipment.
