Job summary

Personal Home Care of North Carolina provides in-home speech therapy across Raleigh/Durham and surrounding areas. The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with communication, swallowing, cognitive, and language impairments, developing individualized plans in collaboration with a physician.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state license to practice as an SLP.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health or related setting.
• Experience with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish a plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients.
