Job summary

TalentBurst seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for outpatient rehabilitation services in the home and facility settings. You will evaluate and treat older adults, coordinating with caregivers and physicians to optimize communication and swallowing abilities.

The position features a flexible schedule, onsite work in Pittsfield, MA, and a 13-week contract starting 11/02/2026. Requires state licensure, ASHA CCC eligibility, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to/from patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules and complete billing/documentation.
• Attend and contribute to patient care and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Consult with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate regimens.
• Adapt plans of care to patient needs and promote a safe home environment.
