TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract in Hilltop, West Virginia.

The role focuses on outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults, evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders in home or facility settings. The position offers a flexible schedule within the in-home care model, with a start date of 11/30/2026 for a 12-week assignment and a 40+ hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license in the practicing state.
• Must have or be eligible for ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellow.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel as required by licensure.
• Ensure adherence to treatment schedule and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend patient care and care coordination meetings with the rehab team.
