Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a compassionate In-Home Shared Living Provider in Warren County, OH to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home. You will offer daily care, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

You will receive a tax-free annual stipend of 40,000–60,000, plus paid time off and room & board income averaging about $630/month. Training, background checks, and ongoing ViaQuest support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.
• Clean background checks.
• Home must meet safety requirements (home assessment).
• Home or renter’s insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Resident will live in your home; provide daily care and support.
• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation.
• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff.
