Job summary

ViaQuest seeks Shared Living Caregivers to provide supportive homes for adults with developmental disabilities in Ohio. You’ll host the individual in your home, follow daily routines, and build meaningful relationships while pursuing your own interests.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. This role offers a tax-free stipend with PTO, potential extra pay for more than one person, and additional income for room & board and transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good communication and caregiving skills.
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide private, furnished living space and common areas.
• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Schedule medical appointments and organize social activities.
• Maintain records of care and any incidents.
