Zinga's Expertly Shaded seeks a Design Consultant for in-home consultative sales of premium interior and exterior shading solutions. You’ll meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments scheduled by our team—no cold calling, no prospecting.

You’ll guide customers through product options, take precise measurements, create design recommendations, and close the sale—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Formación

• Proven ability to sell high-ticket interior/exterior shading solutions.
• Comfortable with presenting design options and pricing.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and translate into quotes.

Responsabilidades

• Attend company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments with qualified customers.
• Conduct professional consultation to identify needs and goals.
• Educate customers on product features, materials and upgrade options.
• Take precise measurements and document details for quoting and ordering.
• Prepare and present pricing, proposals and design recommendations.
• Close sales and guide customers through next steps; maintain CRM notes.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations and installation teams for smooth handoffs.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
