Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation in Plymouth, MA seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in homes and senior living communities. You’ll develop personalized plans, improve mobility, and promote independence while managing your own schedule.

Clinicians may work partially in community partners and use telehealth to extend access, with base pay ranges and opportunities to earn more. Massachusetts pay ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with MA license or eligibility.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• CPR certification and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to work autonomously with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence.
• Document in EMR and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth when appropriate to extend access.
