Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Ipswich, MA, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. Therapists manage their own schedules, supporting independent mobility and quality of life.

The role may include telehealth and other virtual care options, with opportunities to treat across home and community settings while building lasting patient relationships. Massachusetts base pay applies.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in MA or eligible
• DPT or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Proficient in EMR systems
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or community settings
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver sessions that support wellness, mobility and functional independence
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
