Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Framingham, MA, seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or senior living communities. You will tailor treatment plans, monitor progress, and support patients in mobility and independence.

Clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to incorporate telehealth for broader access. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship and growth pathways available.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, create plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence.
• Document in the EMR system according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
