Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one geriatric care in patients' homes and senior living communities in the Greater Boston area. Therapists manage evaluations, plans of care, and in-home treatment with autonomy over their schedules, including options for telehealth when appropriate.

By joining FOX, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, use FOX’s EMR, and deliver evidence-based care to improve mobility and independence for older adults in MA.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in MA or eligibility to obtain
Basic computer and EMR proficiency
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings
Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility and independence
Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/SLP/Fitness)
Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging-in-place
Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate
