Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Northeast Iowa.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meal support, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background check are required. Earn $16-$18 per hour with flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with care team.
