SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to support older adults in their own homes across Northeast Iowa. Provide companionship, assist with personal care, meals, and mobility, helping clients stay safe and independent.

You will work with a caring team, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the care team. Starting pay $16-$18 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to make a meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Connaissances

Caregiving experience (1+ year)

Formation
