Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC is seeking an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes across Nashua, IA. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and monitor wellbeing while maintaining dignity and respect for clients.

The role requires 1+ year caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and drug screening are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
