Job summary

SRX Home Care, LLC in Fairbank, Iowa, seeks an In-Home Senior Caregiver to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will provide companionship, assist with personal care, prepare meals, and support daily activities.

We offer starting pay of $16-$18 per hour, flexible scheduling, a supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in your community. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments or run errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
