Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Montana is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide in-home, school-based, and community support for youth and families. You will develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based interventions to foster social, emotional, and physical well-being.

Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care; document accurately in the EMR; participate in supervision, training, and PQI efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent; 6 years human services experience = Bachelor's.
• Fingerprint background check and child abuse registry clearance required by MT.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and ability to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized plans and implement evidence-based interventions for youth.
• Direct youth support in home, school, and community settings per agency standards.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families; weekly case consultations.
• Document all activities in the EMR system; support PQI initiatives.
• Represent YBGR professionally to stakeholders; participate in supervision and training.
