Working with treatment teams, educators, and families, you will craft care plans, deliver tailored support, and promote positive coping strategies to create safe, nurturing environments where youth can flourish.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Fingerprint background check and child abuse registry clearance as required by the State of Montana.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience (6 years human services experience = bachelor’s degree; each year of post-secondary human services education = 1 year experience).
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with youth and families while maintaining appropriate therapeutic boundaries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a treatment team.

Aufgaben

• Develop Individualized Plans: Create and implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of each youth.
• Direct Youth Support: Provide consistent, therapeutic support in school, home, and community environments in compliance with agency standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with treatment teams, supervisors, educators, community stakeholders, and families to ensure comprehensive care and support for youth.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all required documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system in compliance with agency standards.
• Organizational Contribution: Support YBGR’s mission and strategic goals by participating in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives.
• Professional Representation: Maintain professional conduct and represent YBGR positively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ongoing Development: Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and required training.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support agency operations and client needs.
