About the Role

In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time). This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Part-Time Schedule: 5 evenings per week – Hours: 4:05pm to 9:00pm.

We’re looking for entry-level candidates who enjoy talking to people and want hands‑on sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.
• Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are; maintain a customer‑first mindset.
• Use expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, providing understandable solutions.
• Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and mentoring to grow sales and technical skills.
• Travel up to 120 miles one‑way to meet customers in surrounding neighborhoods and cities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Valid personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and proof of car insurance.
• A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills and open‑mindedness.
• High motivation to learn a wide range of skills that can carry through various career paths.
