In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

In-home field role that requires daily travel to customer residences – no remote work. Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and sales commission. Full-time schedule: 5 days per week, 12:05pm to 9:00pm.

About the Role

We’re looking for In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting a career who enjoys engaging with people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are. Interact with customers as pre‑scheduled by Asurion, deliver exceptional customer service, and exceed sales targets.
• Solve: Address and resolve customers’ technical issues, providing clear, understandable solutions that meet their needs.
• Sell: Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions, using strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan); personal vehicle required (motorcycles excluded).
• Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that transfer to various career paths.
• Outgoing, thrives in human interaction.

Additional Information
