In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Full‑Time)

We’re looking for an entry‑level field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. This full‑time position works 5 days per week, 12:05pm to 9:00pm. Pay: $18.05 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and uncapped sales commission. Schedule is flexible, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve: Meet customers at their homes or offices, provide exceptional service and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solve: Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues, ensuring they leave with a workable solution.
• Sell: Offer tailored solutions from Asurion’s product range, use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of experience; must provide proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan). Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) required.
• Maximum one‑way travel distance of 120 miles.
• Personal cellphone for in‑job communication.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning.
• Outgoing, thrives in human interaction.
