Job summary

Windows Direct USA is seeking a high-energy Sales Leader who is passionate about developing people and driving performance. This role is hands-on—coaching, training, and building a winning in-home sales team that delivers an outstanding customer experience from the first appointment to the final sale.

As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our team of In-Home Project Managers, conduct 6–7+ ride-alongs weekly, and hire and grow top performers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths, or home improvement preferred.
• 2+ years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel between Dayton & Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable.
• Conduct 6–7+ in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve closing performance.
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals.
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team.
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions.
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards.
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales.
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system.
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
