This in-person role in Ohio requires coaching, field ride-alongs, and a proven track record in one-call-close sales. The position offers strong growth potential and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths, or home improvement preferred.
• 2+ years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel between Cincinnati and Columbus.

Windows Direct USA is growing fast, and we're looking for a high-energy Sales Leader who is passionate about developing people and driving performance.

This is more than a management position. We're looking for someone who loves to coach, train, motivate, and build a winning sales team -someone who gets excited about watching people improve and helping them reach their potential.

As our Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our team of In-Home Project Managers while helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment to the final sale.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable
• Conduct 6-7+ in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve closing performance
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience
