Job summary

Windows Direct USA is growing fast and we are looking for a high-energy Sales Leader who is passionate about developing people and driving performance. This role is hands-on, with frequent ride-alongs and real-time coaching to improve closing results.

As our Sales Manager, you will lead and develop our team of In-Home Project Managers while helping create an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment to the final sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience, preferably windows or home improvement.
• 2+ years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment.
• High school diploma required; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable.
• Conduct 6–7+ in-home ride-alongs weekly with hands-on coaching.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve closing performance.
• Review performance and take action to hit sales goals.
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Improve training processes and accountability standards.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable
• Conduct 6-7+ in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve closing performance
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system

• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths, or home improvement preferred
• 2+ years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment
• Proven track record of sales success
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel between Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville
