Job summary

Windows Direct USA is seeking a high-energy Sales Leader to develop people and drive performance. As Sales Manager you will lead our in-home project sales team, coaching on closing, ride-alongs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from first appointment to final sale.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, hiring and growing a high-performing team, and building a culture of accountability. Travel between Cincinnati and Louisville is required to support field coaching and in-home

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-home sales experience; windows, baths, or home improvement preferred
• 2+ years of sales management experience in a one-call-close, high-ticket environment
• Proven track record of sales success
• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel between Cincinnati and Louisville

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable
• Conduct 6-7+ in-home ride-alongs each week with hands-on coaching
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve closing performance
• Review individual and team performance and take action to hit sales goals
• Hire, develop, and build a high-performing sales team
• Lead weekly sales meetings, training, and development sessions
• Continuously improve our sales training, processes, and accountability standards
• Help save cancelled appointments and sales
• Train and reinforce our 10-step selling system
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve the overall customer experience
