SerClean is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role offers a $60,000 base plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle, with company-generated leads and no cold calling.

You will meet homeowners after damage events, assess needs, present restoration options, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit. A strong relationship-builder with 3+ years in sales and a valid license will thrive.

In-Home Sales Specialist

Help Homeowners When They Need It Most

SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process.

This is a consultative sales role with no cold calling. All appointments are company-generated leads. You'll meet customers in their homes, assess damage, provide solutions, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Restoration, remediation, roofing, HVAC, or construction sales experience
• Experience working with insurance claims
• Estimating or scope-development experience
• Home services sales background
• One-call-close sales experience
