Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States to join our team. The role offers uncapped commission, paid training, and the chance to earn $100,000+ annually by helping homeowners with foundation repair.

We provide company-issued cell phone and iPad, a company car with fuel or a car allowance, and opportunities to advance from within the company. Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed are essential.

Responsibilities

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?
