Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Representative (Houston-South). You will join a leader in foundation repair, earning $100,000+ a year with uncapped commission.

We provide four weeks of paid training to teach property evaluation and repair planning, plus a driver’s license and a clean background requirement. The role involves scheduling pre-set appointments, visiting homes requiring foundation work, and building relationships with homeowners to deliver trusted

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Sales Experience.
• One call close experience.
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to succeed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you.
• After training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver\'s license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

The compensation is uncapped commission-based; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!
