Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions in San Antonio, Texas is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners protect their largest asset, their home. The role offers paid training, uncapped commission, and the potential to earn $100,000+ per year.

You will schedule appointments, visit homes, and close deals. Requirements include at least 3 years of residential sales, one-call close, excellent communication and driving record; full-time employment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential or in-home sales experience.
• One-call close experience.
• Excellent verbal, customer service and organizational skills.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Favorable driving record and background check required.

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification - We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people's lives

What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

The compensation is uncapped commission-based; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!
