Olshan Foundation Solutions seeks an energetic In-Home Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. You will schedule and conduct pre-qualified appointments, assess customer needs, and guide homeowners through foundation repair options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

The compensation is uncapped commission-based
