Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time role, with an earnings potential of $100,000+ per year and uncapped commissions. You’ll start with a four-week paid training program and visit homeowners to assess properties, then develop customized repair plans and conduct professional consultations.

You will close sales, provide excellent customer service, and enjoy benefits like company vehicle or car allowance, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience; residential sales are a plus.
• Ability to close deals and follow up efficiently.
• Outstanding verbal and customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Passion for helping people and achieving results.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass a pre-employment drug test; favorable driving record and background check.
