Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking an In Home Sales Representative in Mississippi to join our established team. You will schedule pre-qualified appointments, visit homes, and present foundation repair solutions to demonstrate value and close sales.

The role offers uncapped commission with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually, paid bi-weekly, plus incentives like trips, a 401K/Roth plan, and company-issued devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or door-to-door style selling is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a valid driver’s license.

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

What does a typical day look like for an Outside Sales Representative?

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

The compensation is uncapped commission-based; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!
