Job summary

Bath Planet is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners across Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn, presenting customized bath solutions and closing deals.

This is a high-earning role with 100% commissions, uncapped incentives, prepaid training, and ongoing coaching supported by a national brand. Travel throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across service area.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.

With over 26 years of industry experience and a nationally recognized brand, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to serve homeowners throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process. This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
