Job summary

Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand remodeling goals, and present customized bath solutions. You will use our iPad-based sales system to design, price, and close bathroom remodels while traveling across Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

This high-impact role offers a $150,000–$200,000+ earning potential with a 100% commission-based structure, uncapped commissions, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Responsibilities
