Job summary

Bath Planet is expanding its Metro NY team and seeks in-home sales professionals to meet with homeowners in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, and Brooklyn. This full-time role offers a high-earning potential through 100% commission-based compensation, with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching.

You will conduct in-home consultations, present customized bath remodels using our iPad system, and guide customers from proposal to close while building lasting relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.
