Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn with pre-qualified appointments, presenting Bath remodeling solutions and guiding the purchase process.

This full-time, 100% commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and substantial earning potential ($150,000–$200,000+). You’ll travel locally, build relationships, and close high-ticket remodeling deals daily.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.
