Job summary

Bath Planet of Metro NY is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to consult with homeowners in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn, present customized bath designs, and guide customers through the purchase process.

You will meet pre-qualified homeowners, communicate effectively, and close deals, earning uncapped commissions with strong earning potential. A full-time role with paid training and ongoing coaching is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
