Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven in-home sales closer to join our fast-growing team. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present roofing, siding, windows, and door solutions, and close high-ticket sales with financing options.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule in Hyattsville, MD, with uncapped commissions and bonuses and opportunities for rapid career growth in a leading exterior remodeling company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Hyattsville MD

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training
