Windows Direct USA is seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives in the Cincinnati, Dayton and NKY markets. No home improvement experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided and all appointments are set for you.

All sales reps are 100% W-2 employees with company support and benefits. A competitive commission structure and weekly pay are offered, with top performers earning $125,000-$180,000+ annually in this fast-growing Midwest company.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable using an iPad and learning CRM and quoting software.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation—no cold calling or prospecting.
• Conduct in-home product demonstrations for our windows, doors, and bath remodeling solutions.
• Listen to homeowners' needs and recommend the best products for their home.
• Prepare accurate quotes using our iPad-based quoting system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through sale.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation—no cold calling or prospecting.
