Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to grow our customer base by evaluating homes and selling foundation repair solutions. Training is provided with paid weeks and a focus on earning through uncapped commissions.

Expect to schedule pre-set appointments, visit homes for assessments, and close deals using strong communication and customer service skills. Earnings around $100,000+ per year are possible through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Sales Experience
• One call close experience
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong desire to succeed
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, have a valid driver's license and favorable driving record and background

What kind of training do we provide?

• Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives

What does a typical day look like for an In-Home Sales Representative?

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• you will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year with uncapped commission!

The compensation is uncapped commission-based; expected earnings are around $100,000+ per year!
