Job summary

Foundation Crack Repair Llc is seeking a motivated Estimator/Sales Representative to inspect properties, educate homeowners, and provide accurate estimates that drive successful sales. You will conduct in-home inspections, diagnose issues, and explain repair options to clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction or home improvement sales, strong communication, and the ability to read measurements for precise estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or home improvement sales preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, entering crawl spaces, and inspecting basements.
• Ability to read measurements and prepare accurate estimates.
