West Shore Home in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Design Consultant to perform in-home consultations and close sales for remodeling projects. The role offers a rotating schedule and a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a first-year earning potential reaching $200K+.

You will join a technology-driven home improvement company operating across 40+ locations, providing comprehensive benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) match, an HSA, paid holidays, PTO, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a high-energy environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; recent grads or those from retail/hospitality welcomed.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set.
