Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their homes, present our products, and close deals with our proven, pre-qualified appointment system. You will be supported by provided leads and a structured sales training program to accelerate success.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses, with uncapped earnings potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Home/Outside/Consumer sales preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Training in Madison, WI required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
