Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to join a nationwide network of home improvement professionals. You will meet clients in their homes, present our products, provide accurate estimates, and document every step to ensure outstanding service and repeat business.

All leads are provided, with base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) with match, and a path to uncapped earnings within a growing national

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday availability (note: no Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Willingness to attend one-time training in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our products and services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, delivering customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
