Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their residences, present our products, and close deals. You will receive 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily and operate under a base salary plus commissions with uncapped earnings.

This W2 role includes comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a strong sales training program, with significant earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Willingness to travel for one-time training in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes to demonstrate products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and thorough documentation.
