Typical earnings range from $150,000 to $180,000+, with top performers earning $200,000+ and more. You will manage a robust pipeline, close in-home, and maintain strong production and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales.
• Confidently close deals in one or two visits.
• Thrives in a performance-driven, commission-only environment.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• Control the sales process from introduction to close.
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and close in the home.
• Work a steady pipeline of company-provided, pre-qualified leads.
