Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a proven closer for an in-home sales role in the Carolinas market. You will work a steady flow of pre-qualified leads, manage the sales process from introduction to close, and deliver a high-quality customer experience in homeowners’ homes.

This commission-only position offers uncapped earnings with typical results in the six-figure range and top performers well above that, reflecting performance and territory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales.
• Confident asking for the sale and closing in one or two visits.
• Thrives in a performance-driven, commission-only environment.
• Competitive, self-motivated and results-focused.
• Able to manage your pipeline and maintain consistent activity.

Responsibilities
