Job summary

Evolve Egress is seeking a driven in-home sales professional to join our Columbus team. You will work with homeowners, present tailored window solutions, and close deals in a single visit when possible.

We provide paid training, a structured sales process, and a path to uncapped weekly commissions. Expect a steady pipeline, company vehicle or allowance, and a strong, established support system in Ohio’s market.

Qualifications

• In-home or consultative sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to commute throughout the greater Columbus area.
• Face-to-face sales experience (not phone-only or digital-only).

Responsibilities

• Run 10–20 pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Meet with homeowners, present solutions and pricing, and close usually in one visit.
• Measure and scope projects so in-house crews can build it accurately.
• Log appointment outcomes in the CRM and follow the proven sales process.
• Preferred schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Sunday and Monday off).
